CURRENT POSITIONS

Service Desk Technician

This full-time position is a technical support role working with an integrated team of Service Desk technicians, network and server engineers, and IT Managers. The primary objective for this candidate will be to provide first level support for all managed services clients.

Tier III Avaya Predictive Dialer Engineer
This position is part of an integrated team of Service Desk technicians, systems engineers, and Client IT Managers. The primary objective for this candidate will be to provide remote and on-site client support.

Tier II Avaya PBX Analyst
This full-time position is a technical support and proactive service delivery role working with an integrated team of Service Desk technicians, systems engineers, and IT Managers. The primary objective for this candidate will be to provide second level support for all managed services clients.
