The Demarcc PDS Training Initiative (PTI) offers the client with various forms of training. For experienced Avaya administrators and users, Demarcc offers self-taught courses on CD. Demarcc also offers on-site training in differing depths and lengths based on the client's requirements. Instructor-taught training may vary from a four-hour session to a two day in-depth training depending on the client's knowledge and experience with previous dialers.
Training can be self-taught through CD or on-site by a Demarcc Avaya-certified technician. Instructor-based courses are conducted on-site at the client's place of business as computer availability and LAN connectivity are required.

Demarcc PTI A Program: Avaya Administration Manager 3.0
This is a two day in-depth course designed to provide new administrators with training and materials that will enable them to independently support the Avaya PDS. The course program is conducted from a Demarcc PTI workbook as well as an Avaya student manual.
Demarcc PTI-B Program: Avaya Predictive Dialing System, Version 12.0
This three day in-depth course is designed to provide new users and supervisors with training and materials that will enable them to independently use the Avaya PDS. The course program is conducted from a Demarcc PTI workbook as well as an Avaya student manual.
Demarcc Instructor's Qualifications.
Demarcc instructors consist of current and former technicians who have worked for major telecommunication companies. Their past work experience includes administering the Avaya PDS as well as Avaya PBX/ACD switches. Demarcc technicians are Avaya trained and certified.
